Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms

The delivery, cancellation and refund of DentinCloud subscriptions are subject to the following terms. The full provisions on purchasing are set out in the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

ARTICLE 1 – TRY IT FREE FIRST

1.1. DentinCloud can be used free of charge, up to the number of patients stated on the website, before you purchase a subscription. No card details are requested for free use, so you can try the service in your own clinic before you buy it.

ARTICLE 2 – DELIVERY

2.1. DentinCloud is a digital service. Your plan is activated in your account as soon as payment is confirmed.

2.2. There is no shipping or physical delivery, and no separate fee is charged for delivery.

ARTICLE 3 – CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

3.1. You can cancel your subscription in the Settings > Subscription section.

3.2. To keep your subscription from renewing for the next period, you must cancel at least 7 (seven) days before the end of the current period.

3.3. After canceling, you can continue to use the service until the end of the period you paid for.

ARTICLE 4 – REFUNDS

4.1. Annual subscription: If you request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase date, the full amount you paid is refunded.

4.2. Monthly subscription: The fee for a month that has already begun is not refunded. Once you cancel, no payment is taken for the following periods.

4.3. Extra user and extra storage packages are subject to the period and refund rules of the subscription to which they belong.

4.4. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in all cases.

ARTICLE 5 – HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

5.3. In your request, simply state your clinic name and the phone number registered to your account.

5.4. Approved refunds are made through iyzico to the card used for payment within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest. How long the amount takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.

ARTICLE 6 – STATUTORY RIGHTS

6.1. These terms do not limit the statutory rights of buyers who qualify as consumers.
