This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on DentinCloud's website (www.dentincloud.com) and application (app.dentincloud.com). Details on the processing of your personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Statement.

ARTICLE 1 – WHAT IS A COOKIE

1.1. Cookies are small text files that a website you visit saves in your browser. The browser's local storage may also be used for the same purpose.

ARTICLE 2 – COOKIES ON THE WEBSITE

2.1. Strictly necessary: Your cookie preference is stored in your browser's local storage. This record is used only to remember your preference.

2.2. Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA). Its cookies are those beginning with "_ga" and "_ga_", and they are kept for up to 2 years. The purpose is aggregate statistics such as the number of visits, the pages read and the links clicked. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select "Accept" in the cookie banner.

2.3. Security: The site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set security cookies (e.g. "__cf_bm") to identify malicious traffic. These cookies are strictly necessary and are not used for profiling.

ARTICLE 3 – COOKIES IN THE APPLICATION

3.1. The application uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as language, menu layout and text size).

3.2. Bot verification on the sign-in and sign-up pages is performed with Cloudflare Turnstile, which may use strictly necessary cookies for this purpose.

3.3. No advertising or analytics cookies are used in the application.

ARTICLE 4 – MANAGING YOUR PREFERENCES

4.1. You can change your preference for analytics cookies at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.

4.2. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the application from working.
